I am a London-based artist and emerging curator from Iran. My practice spans object-making and contemporary curatorial projects, working across sculpture, textile, moving-image and curatorial framing. I materialise my ideas through metalwork, fabric, ceramics, text and stop-motion, often inserting my own body into the work as both subject and material.

My work engages with lived forms of embodiment and the complexity of identity as it is shaped through cultural, linguistic and social structures. Drawing on feminist theory and personal experience, my practice interrogates how identity is negotiated through the body, with a focus on gender, agency and the male gaze. I investigate how bodies are seen, interpreted and regulated, while also engaging with language as a system that produces the meanings through which bodies are defined.

Central to my practice is an inquiry into how the systems of power shape our perception of the body and how these structures can be disrupted and redefined. I seek to challenge the conditions that govern visibility and autonomy, reimagining the body as a site of resistance and transformation.
